Personal Philosophy
A good designer is a mirror. We soak up information and pain points from our stakeholders, developers, product teams, and users. We then iteratively reflect back and solve the needs we hear through screens, user journey maps, personas, and other design assets.
Good ux design turns the invisible visible - it is translating people’s thoughts and wants into tangible goods. My work is 10% making and 90% listening.
